Mr.Tekin has a 15+ years of proven experience both in Banking and Consulting domain. He has been Human Resources Organization Vice President in Akbank responsible from HR Strategy Framework, Workforce Planning and Organizational Development for 5 years. Prior to his role in Akbank, he was a Strategy&Transformation Consultant in IBM. He had also been working in Garanti in the beginning of his career.
